Customers overview - (old view)

This is where you go to view and process any orders which are placed on the ekmPowershop. As a shop owner you will receive an automated email every time an order is placed. This will notify you to log in to your account and goto the ‘Customers and Orders’ section.

Quick Stats

he quick stats basically give you the average order value on your shop

• The last 7 days sales totals
• Top 5 best selling products
• Average Order Value

View Customers

Basically lists all of your customers to date you can search through the customers by using the ‘Jump to Page’ feature at the bottom of the page or you can filter by:

Using the search panel at the top. Select the field you wish to search by in the drop down (First Name, Last Name etc) Type the search into the box and click on ‘Search’ Click on the name to view the customer You can view the details You can also edit the details (click ‘Update’ for changes to take effect You can delete the customer by clicking on the ‘Delete’ button The page also shows you to view the orders that customer has made. You can click on them to view. This is covered in the next section

View Orders

Lists all orders on the ekmPowershop

Like the customers section you can filter through and search, and also jump to page.

There are also bulk commands:

• Update Status
• Delete
• Print

In order to perform any of these on multiple orders, simply tick the box on the left of the order. Click on the relevant command. Once you have clicked onto an order you will then see the following screen which will show the customers address and contact details, What the customer has ordered and how the customer has paid.

This section of the ‘Customers and Orders’ area links through to ekmPinpoint.

Email Marketing

Newsletter, e-shot and mass communicate with your customers

ekmResponse is an online email marketing system that allows you to email all your customers and contacts with your own email newsletters, email marketing campaigns, ezines, etc. Once a campaign has been sent out you can use ekmResponse to track who has opened your emails, manage your bounce backs and see which contacts haven’t opened your email. You can even see which links they clicked within your email campaign.

Customising Order Forms

ekmPowershop allows you to add your own logo (header) and VAT number (footer)

To do this click on an order

• Click on ‘Printer Friendly Version of this Order’
• Click on ‘Display Options’
• Click on ‘Change Header’
• Follow the prompts and upload image.
• Click on ‘Change Footer’
• Enter text into box and click on ‘Update’.
• This allows the ekmPowershop owner to print out VAT invoices.
• You can also print the order forms from this page.

Printing Orders

Go to Order

Click on ‘Printer Friendly Version of this Order’

You can choose here from:

• Order Only – this just prints out the order form
• Large Label – prints the order onto packaging slips
• Small Single Label - prints the order onto packaging slips
