Delivery Calculation Method

You are able to choose from two different delivery options.

We will first go through the Product Weight option.

Each product in your store can be assigned a weight and the total delivery cost worked out based on the total weight of the order.

Alternatively each product can be assigned a delivery cost and then all the products individual delivery costs are added up giving you a total delivery cost.

Your shop will work out the total delivery charges based on the total weight of the order. You can use the following matrix to define all your delivery charges, simply configure the weight range and then specify the cost to deliver that weight range to each of your delivery zones.

You can set the weight for each of your product by editing the product and clicking the Delivery Charge link.

Delivery Zones Here you can specify the different Delivery Zones you want your online shop to support, for example some delivery zones might be UK, Europe, USA or 1st Class Postage, 2nd Class, etc.

Once you have added a new delivery zones click update to apply the zone to the weight matrix table.

You can also attach a default delivery value for each of these zones, so regardless to how many items are in the order they will always get charged this initial fee.

Product Delivery Cost

Your shop will work out the total delivery charges based on the individual delivery prices specified for each of your products.

You can set the delivery cost for each product by editing the product and clicking the Delivery Charge link.

Delivery Options

To ensure your customers pick the correct delivery zone you can force them to select a delivery zone (by ticking the box below) before the system will allow them to go through to the checkout.
